This Milltek Sport non-resonated cat-back exhaust is made for the Volkswagen Golf GTI Mk6. Milltek produces the system in aerospace grade type 304 non-magnetic stainless steel, which it says lasts almost indefinitely and is less prone to discolouration. Mandrel bending gives constant radius bends for optimised gas flow, and Milltek says the bore is enlarged over the factory size without costing mid-range torque. The brand adds that the acoustic development aims for a sporty, crisp tone with no NVH, drone or cabin resonance.
