This Milltek Sport non-resonated cat-back exhaust is built for the Volkswagen Golf GTI Mk6 and finishes in black tips. The pipework and silencers are aerospace grade type 304 non-magnetic stainless steel, which Milltek says resists discolouration and lasts almost indefinitely. Mandrel bending keeps the bends at a constant radius for better gas flow, and the bore is larger than factory with no loss of mid-range torque, according to Milltek. Milltek also says the system goes through acoustic development so the tone stays sporty and crisp, without drone, NVH or cabin resonance.
