This Milltek Sport non-resonated cat-back exhaust fits the Volkswagen Golf GTI Mk5 and comes with black tips. Milltek makes the system from aerospace grade type 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and says the material lasts almost indefinitely and is less prone to discolouration. The pipework is mandrel bent to keep a constant radius for optimised gas flow, with a bore that Milltek says is enlarged over the factory size without a loss of mid-range torque. According to Milltek, the acoustic development gives a sporty, crisp tone without drone, NVH or cabin resonance.
