Process West Stage 2.4 Performance Package - Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo (BA / BF)

The Process West Stage 2.4 Performance Package for the Ford Falcon BA and BF XR6 Turbo pairs a Stage 2 front-mount intercooler core with a billet plenum chamber and an under-battery cold air intake. The 500 x 360 x 80mm bar and plate core has polished aluminium end tanks for smooth airflow and charge air cooling, and comes in silver or black powdercoat. The plenum is CNC machined in-house from 5083 aluminium billet with blended bell-mouth runner entries, and comes with a plug-in throttle body wiring extension so no wires need cutting, plus custom cover plate options. The intake sits under the battery tray where the factory intercooler piping normally runs, so it will not work with the factory intercooler still fitted.
