Process West Stage 2.5 Performance Package - Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo (BA / BF)

The Process West Stage 2.5 Performance Package for the Ford Falcon BA and BF XR6 Turbo combines a Stage 2 front-mount intercooler core, a billet plenum chamber, a battery relocation kit and a 4 inch race air box. The 500 x 360 x 80mm bar and plate core has polished aluminium end tanks and comes in silver or black powdercoat, and the plenum is CNC machined from solid 5083 aluminium billet with blended bell-mouths on each runner, a plug-in throttle body wiring extension and optional custom cover plates. The battery moves behind the driver's side foglight area to clear room for a large air box, keeping cables short with a laser-cut tray and bracket and a distribution block, and no cable cutting. The air box uses the former battery space with a 6 inch K&N filter, 6 inch to 4 inch bell mouth and reinforced silicone hose to the turbo, is rated for 500 rwkW and above, and also suits high-mount turbos.
