Process West Stage 3 Intercooler Kit - Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo (FG / FG X)

The Process West Stage 3 Intercooler Kit is a complete intercooler upgrade for the Ford Falcon FG and FG X XR6 Turbo, based on Process West's BA/BF Stage 3 core with end tanks revised to suit the FG engine bay. Its 500 x 425 x 100mm bar and plate core has more cooling surface area and volume than the factory unit, lowering intake air temperatures for more consistent power, better throttle response and greater detonation resistance. The kit includes 2.5 inch hot side and 3 inch cold side piping with a new 3 inch high-flow cast elbow at the throttle body. It works with the factory intake or the Process West 4 inch Race Air Box, and comes in silver or black.
