Process West Verticooler Intercooler Kit - Subaru Forester XT (SH) 2008-2012
The Process West Verticooler is an intercooler kit for the 2008-2012 Subaru Forester XT (SH) that mounts the core at a near-vertical angle to improve airflow and reduce heat soak. A factory top mount traps hot air after it leaves the core, which costs performance during spirited driving, whereas the Verticooler gives the air a less restrictive path. The 400 x 205 x 120mm core comes with a vehicle-specific under-bonnet duct and splitter, silicone hoses and constant tension hose clamps. Lower intake air temperatures also reduce the risk of engine knock, and an optional silicone hose is available for tube-style outlet turbos.
