RacingLine Performance Intercooler - 2.5 TFSI

This performance intercooler is made for the Audi RS3 8V.2 and 8Y and the TT RS 8S with the 2.5 TFSI EA855 engine. RacingLine says the factory intercooler cannot keep up with higher power and hard driving, and that its plate-and-bar unit uses a stepped core for a 70% volume increase over stock. The aim is to keep intake air temperatures consistently low so heat soak is minimised, while limiting pressure loss so the larger core does not add lag. Fitment is vehicle specific, needing no cutting or drilling, and the unit works around the original front crash bar.
