This HoseTechnik kit replaces the factory rubber brake hoses on the VW Polo GTi Tsi - Twincharged with 4 stainless steel braided hoses. Each hose has a virgin PTFE inner tube inside a high-tensile 304 stainless braid and PVC coating, so it resists swelling under pressure for a firmer, more consistent pedal. The end fittings are machined from 303 stainless steel in the UK and secured with a ferrule crimped at eight points, and every line is pressure tested to 3,500 psi. The kit is hand assembled as a complete vehicle set and has been independently tested to the FMVSS 106 brake hose standard.
