This billet aluminium insert kit fills the voids in the factory rubber rear subframe mounts on B8 and B8.5 Audi S4, RS4, S5, RS5, Q5, SQ5 and Allroad models and the 95B Porsche Macan. 034Motorsport explains that the factory mounts deflect under load, making the rear feel vague and loose, upsetting suspension geometry and adding understeer, and the brand says the inserts limit that movement with virtually no effect on ride quality or cabin NVH. The CNC-machined T6-6061 inserts work alongside the factory rubber mounts, help aftermarket rear sway bars and suspension parts work more effectively, and reduce subframe movement during launches for crisper shifts. Installation takes under an hour and is fully reversible, and the factory subframe bolts can be reused at the torque given in 034Motorsport's guide.
