034Motorsport Cast Stainless Steel Performance Downpipe - Audi 8V A3/TT & Volkswagen MK7 Golf GTI - 034-105-4041-FWD
This cast stainless steel downpipe with an integrated racing catalyst is the FWD version for MQB models with the EA888 Gen 3 1.8T and 2.0T engines and IS20 or IS38 turbos, including the 8V Audi A3, front-drive 8S TT, Mk7 Volkswagen Golf GTI and Skoda Octavia RS. It places a 101.6mm Euro 3 racing catalyst (200 CPI) in the factory location and uses an integrated V-band turbo flange, an oxygen sensor bung after the catalyst, an OE-style flex bellow and a factory-location hanger. 034Motorsport quotes gains of 19-26 HP and 44-47 ft-lbs over Stage 1 software with turbo spool 150-300 RPM sooner, and builds the downpipe from TIG-welded, back-purged 304 stainless steel with a sand-blasted titanium-look finish. A Stage 2 ECU remap is required to avoid check engine lights, and 1.8T models may need a separate 76mm to 60mm reducer to meet the factory exhaust.
