This lightweight single-mass flywheel replaces the dual-mass factory unit on the 2006-2008 B7 Audi RS4 with the 4.2 FSI V8. Machined in-house by 034Motorsport from 6061 billet aluminium, it weighs 13 lb, slightly under half the 26.5 lb factory flywheel, for quicker revving and easier rev matching on downshifts. The brand designed it as a direct replacement for the failure-prone dual-mass original. It carries a replaceable steel friction surface and a steel ring gear, and new flywheel bolts are included.
