This kit replaces the pistons in the factory high pressure fuel pumps on the Audi 4.0T engine, as fitted to the C7 S6, S7, RS6 and RS7 and the D4 A8 and S8. 034Motorsport says the larger piston, up from 9.98mm to 11.48mm in diameter, raises the factory fuelling limit by up to 50%, giving the flow needed for E85, race fuel and more aggressive pump fuel tunes. The pump internals are precision-machined to aerospace tolerances, with a matched, DLC-coated piston and cylinder to reduce friction. The kit contains two piston and cylinder sets.
