034Motorsport High Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade - Volkswagen MK7 & Audi 8V/8S - EA888.3 (MQB)

This assembled high pressure fuel pump is a drop-in replacement for the factory pump on EA888 Gen 3 2.0T engines, covering the Mk7 and Mk7.5 Volkswagen GTI and Golf R, the 8V and 8V.5 Audi A3 and S3, and the 8S Audi TT and TTS. It is a new OE VAG (Hitachi) pump with the 034Motorsport piston upgrade kit pre-installed, which brings an 11.70mm piston against 9.92mm stock and a DLC coated piston and cylinder. 034Motorsport says it raises the factory fuelling limit by up to 38.6% and lifts fuel pressure from 200 bar (2,900psi) to over 240 bar (3,480psi), to suit E85, race gas and more pump gas. The brand lists it as required for most Stage 1 E85 performance software and as suited to Dynamic+ ECU software that calls for an upgraded high pressure fuel pump.
