034Motorsport High Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade - Volkswagen MK7 & Audi 8V/8S (MQB) (EA888.3) - 034-106-6057

This kit upgrades the piston and cylinder inside the factory high pressure fuel pump on EA888 Gen 3 2.0 TSI engines, including those in the Mk7 and Mk7.5 Volkswagen Golf GTI and Golf R, the 8V Audi A3 and S3 and the 8S TT and TTS. A larger 11.70mm piston, up from 9.92mm, lifts stroke volume from 231mm³ to 322mm³, and 034Motorsport quotes up to 38.6% more flow and over 240 bar of pressure against the factory 200 bar. The extra capacity raises the factory fuelling limit for ethanol blends, race fuel and turbo upgrades, and the brand says the kit is required for most Stage 1 and 2 E85 software. The DLC-coated piston and cylinder are machined to aerospace tolerances as a matched set, and installation takes around 30 minutes.
