034Motorsport Intake Inlet Pipe Heat Shield Audi TTRS & RS3 2.5 TFSI - 034-108-Z055
This 304 stainless steel heat shield protects the intake inlet pipe on the 2.5 TFSI EVO (DAZA) five-cylinder in the 8V.5 Audi RS3 and 8S Audi TT RS. It guards carbon fibre and plastic intake tubes against heat damage and works with the stock intake and most aftermarket intakes, including the Integrated Engineering carbon fibre intake, which 034Motorsport has confirmed. Very early non-US 8V.5 RS3 models have a factory heat shield that is not compatible, so the newer OE shield (07K 129 597 G) must be fitted first. It does not fit 2020-on RS3 models with the DNWA engine, and installation takes about an hour.
