This billet aluminium linkage pair replaces the failure-prone plastic intake manifold flap linkages on the B7 Audi RS4 4.2 FSI, so a broken linkage no longer means replacing the whole intake manifold. The factory plastic linkages turn brittle with age and break easily when working on or around the manifold. 034Motorsport's versions are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium as direct drop-in replacements, and the kit includes a tool for removing and installing the intake manifold plugs.
