This 10mm phenolic spacer fits between the intake manifold and cylinder head on the 1.8T engine used in Audi and Volkswagen models such as the 8L A3, B5 and B6 A4, Mk1 TT, Mk4 Golf and B5 Passat. This version suits large port manifolds and heads, and 034Motorsport also makes small port and transition versions for other combinations. The kit comes with two OE gaskets, eight longer Allen bolts and two nylock nuts for a quick install.
