034Motorsport Intake Manifold Spacer, Phenolic, Audi B5 A4/S4/RS4 C5 A6/Allroad 2.7T & 2.8L 30V V6 - 034-108-9003-SP
This 5mm phenolic spacer fits between the cylinder head and intake manifold on the Audi 30V V6 to limit the heat conducted from the head into the manifold. This is the Small Port version, made for 2.7T engines using the stock intake manifold, as found in the B5 Audi S4 and the C5 A6 and Allroad 2.7T. It is precision CNC-machined, and the kit includes 16 longer high-grade bolts and 4 gaskets, everything needed for the conversion. 034Motorsport also makes Large Port spacers for the 2.8L 30V or RS4 manifold and Transition Port spacers for mixed head and manifold combinations.
