034Motorsport Motor Mount Pair, Density Line, MK5 & MK6 Volkswagen Golf/Jetta/Rabbit, 2.5L 07k with 6-Speed Transmission - 034-509-5042-SD

This Street Density motor mount pair is made for 2.5L 07K Volkswagens that have had a 6-speed transmission swap, covering the Mk5 and Mk6 Golf, Rabbit and Jetta, the B7 Passat and the New Beetle and Beetle. 034Motorsport makes the mounts from 60 durometer void-free, solid-filled rubber in redesigned cast aluminium bodies and rates them at about 60% stiffer than stock. The brand says the result is less drivetrain slop, crisper shifting and minimal wheel hop without a significant rise in noise, vibration or harshness. The pair comes with a stainless steel accessory bracket and hardware, and 034Motorsport cautions that abusive use such as drag racing or clutch dumps can wear Density mounts in around 20k miles or less.
