034Motorsport Multi-Layer Steel Head Gasket Set - Audi B9/C8 EA839 V6 2.9TT/3.0T - 034-201-3058
This multi-layer steel head gasket set suits the EA839 V6 in its 2.9 TFSI twin-turbo and 3.0 TFSI forms, as found in B9 and C8 Audi models such as the RS4, RS5, S5, SQ5, S6 and S7. Made for 034Motorsport by Cometic, each gasket has four layers of coated steel and is designed for high-boost, high-stress builds at Stage 3 and beyond. Cometic's MLX construction adds a 'stopper' fold-over layer that gives a torque-limiting surface so the combustion seal cannot yield, while high-temperature coatings and embossments seal oil and coolant against the head and block. 034Motorsport says this gives better combustion sealing, lower bore distortion and improved reliability compared with the factory gaskets.
