The RS+ Adjustable Solid Rear Sway Bar is a bolt-in replacement for the hollow factory rear bar on all-wheel-drive MQB models, including the 8V and 8Y Audi A3 and S3, F3 Q3, 8S TT and TTS quattro, and the Mk7 and Mk7.5 Volkswagen Golf R, SportWagen and Alltrack. It is made from a single piece of 0.938" (23.8mm) solid spring steel, and 034Motorsport rates it 144 to 171 percent stiffer than the factory 22.0 x 3.0mm hollow bar depending on the setting, a further 70 percent over its own standard MQB AWD bar. The brand says this cuts body roll and understeer without hurting ride quality, giving sharper turn-in and more mid-corner rotation, with oversteer available when wanted.
