This Stage 1 camshaft set from Kelford Cams is made for the BMW S58 engine and has a 288/268 degree profile with 10.30mm/10.15mm valve lift. Kelford designed it for S58 engines running bolt-on intake, exhaust and turbo upgrades, aimed at engines making around 600-850hp on a 60-68mm turbo. Kelford says the profile leaves Valvetronic and Dual VANOS fully usable, which supports throttle response and a wide power band. A valve spring upgrade is required, and Kelford recommends spring KVS58-BT.
