The APR Carbon Fibre Intake System is a high flow intake for the 4.0T EA825 engine in the Audi RS6 C8 and RS7 4K. APR says the upgraded airbox, filter, couplers and turbo inlets raise airflow while cutting pressure drop by 50% compared with the factory system, with a filter that flows 8% more than stock, 52% larger airbox outlets and 93% larger turbo inlets. The carbon fibre and aluminium design includes a washable, reusable cotton gauze filter and cast aluminium turbo inlets with adapter rings that APR says suit turbochargers with up to a 29% larger inlet port. APR reports a gain of 47 AWHP and 38 AWFT-LBS on a Stage 1 (93) RS6 measured on its chassis dynos, along with sharper throttle response and a more pleasant engine note.
