JDY quotes an internal volume of 5959ml, about 52% more than the factory manifold, and says the shape was developed with CFD simulation. It is fully CNC machined from billet aluminium with hard surface anodising, and the plenum threads are upgraded to stainless steel sleeves with titanium M8 bolts joining the runners and plenum.
